Wonderful home located in Peak 8 neighborhood. Everything you need for a great vacation is very close and it's just minutes from skiing and downtown Breckenridge.
You enter the home to a bright and airy, welcoming open main floor. After hanging your jackets in a closet next to the main door, you enter the living room with four chairs, a leather couch, and a gas fireplace. Plenty of pillows and throws makes it a cozy place for the adult part of your group to have a conversation. Between the sitting area and kitchen, we have a dining table for 8. The dining area opens to a large deck with a private hot tub and patio table and chairs. There is another, smaller deck with a grill off the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, drip coffee maker, microwave, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, and slow cooker.
A few stairs up would take you to a loft with 2 twin beds on the right and the owner's suite on the left. We put a desk in between just in case you need some work done. You can oversee the main floor while working. Solid wood double door opens to a vaulted ceiling owner's suite with a king-size bed, TV, and an antique blue velvet chair if you need a quiet spot to read a book. The suite offers a large walk-in closet as well.
If you go down from the main floor, you will find a bonus living room with a sectional, couch, chair, and rocking chair. There is a TV for your party to watch a movie and a gas fireplace. Another bathroom with a shower is located on this floor as well.
On the lower level are 2 bedrooms connected with Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedroom on the left is decorated in Native American Decor. It's furnished with queen size bed. The bedroom on the right sleeps 4 with a twin over twin bunk bed and queen bed. There is washed and dryer in the hallway in between the bedrooms.
The home is located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood and it's ideal for a family vacation.

The bus stop is located just about 2 blocks away and it will take you either to the base of Peak 8 or to Main Street. The bus is free and runs every 15 minutes.

Master Bedroom. Very private, located on the top floor. Ensuite bathroom with shower, soaking tub, two-sink vanity, and walk-in closet. There is also a TV with live channels.
Second Bedroom. Located on the lower level. Queen bed and TV with live channels. Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Third Bedroom. Located on the lower level. Queen bed and a bunk bed. Small TV with live channels. Jack and Jill bathroom.
Washer and Dryer.
Please note that the house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood and quiet hours from 10pm - 7am are strictly enforced.
Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.
Please note that the garage is not available, but two cars can be squeezed in the driveway in front of the garage.
