Summary: It was great that there was availability as our decision to stay in the area overnight was last minute decision. Our stay was decent, just overnight. However, the next morning, the woman who checked us in came into our room without permission, grabbed the room key from above the television and turned the tv off, telling us it was time to leave. I have never dealt with hotel staff as unprofessional as she was. When she had seen the confused look on my face because she came into our room as we were gathering our belongings to pack into our vehicle, she asked with attitude “what?” And I said “this is very strange that you are in our room right now” and she replied “I don’t care, you’re taking up my time”. Given, check out is at 11am, and it was 11:06am, but that doesn’t justify her stepping into the room unannounced and doing what she had done. I also have young children in the room which caused a few minutes of our delay. This woman needs to understand that this behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not be returning and I will leave a review on every platform for this particular Inn.

Summary: We visited when it wasn’t too busy for Apple Hill so almost getting the motel to ourselves was pretty cool and having the size of the room was amazing plus the bathroom was big. I’d stay again with more friends and family.

Summary: Very large and comfortable room for me and my toddler before skiing the next day. Easy check-in and parked right outside the room. Lots of space.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay with my dog. The owners were so nice and everything was clean. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. I will definitely be back when I visit the area again.
