Direct lakefront 2 bedroom cottage located just feet from the beautiful 550 acre all sports Round Lake. Perfect for a single family or one couple for family vacation at the lake. Great place to make lifelong memories. Cottage is fully equipped. Cottage is set up for family fun, inside of cottage is fairly basic, yet has everything you need. 2nd bedroom is not 100% private, so cottage is not great for two couples. The 2nd bedroom is separate and remote from the commons area. It sits off the hallway between the kitchen and bathroom, however no door between hall and bedroom, bedroom is also small, yet has 2 twin beds and is great for kids.
Living room has an IKEA futon for additional sleeping. Cottage easily accommodates 4 people, and is fine for 5 people with one person using the futon.
Cottage has a shaded lakeside patio exclusively for the guests that stay here.
This cottage is the downstairs portion of a 2 story duplex. Cottage is 100% private, with private entrances. The lakefront, dock, firepit, and raised paver brick patio are shared by the upstairs of the duplex as well as another 3rd cottage on the same property.
Property has just gone through a major landscaping upgrade, plenty of space to spread out.
Assigned parking for 3 cars plus additional space for guests.
Pontoon boat available for rental. $700/week or $150/day.
Please note that guest needs to supply own bedding (sheets) and towels. The beds do have pillows.
Cottage is down about 15 steps from the parking area. NOT SUITABLE for anyone that has trouble navigating stairs!
