Positive: The room was charming. The bathroom needs to be redone. The views were amazing. The location was outstanding.

Negative: We arrived at night and no one was working in the office. There were two parking lots and it was hard to find the office. When I called the helpline the staff was reluctant to help. The room was pretty but it was freezing. They brought another heater but it barely heated the room and I slept in a sweater whilst paying $400 for a
