The private deck, dock offers an excellent panoramic view which is perfect for bird watching and taking in the beautiful evening sunsets. It’s also a fisherman’s paradise. Don’t forget your pole. The area is also fantastic for kayaking and paddle boarding in your backyard. We have two kayaks available that we offer to our guests. Wine taste in the Red Hills Ava which is known for their Cabernet Sauvignon or hike at the Clearlake State Park.

Summary: The house is cute and the view from the back deck is beautiful! We used the kayaks to paddle around the little islands and check out the springs just in front of the house. My husband and daughter caught fish right off the dock. Our dog was very happy there as well, however we did use a tie out cable because the fence isnt very tall and i didnt want him roaming the neighborhood. It was a perfect place for our lake trip!
