This Tairua holiday house is a modern holiday home with entry via the lower level. There is parking for one car in the garage, with an area set ups for weights. Also on this level is a cosy rumpus room which conveniently doubles as Bedroom 4 offering a single fold out couch and a king sized bed. A bathroom and laundry completes this level.
The internal stairs are situated next to the downstairs bathroom, and lead to the main living area upstairs. The generous, open-plan living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass to capture brilliant beach and ocean views from indoors. The sliding glass doors flow to the lower deck area with outdoor seating, offering great indoor/outdoor flow.
The lounge opens on 2 sides to bring the outdoors in. This space leads to the well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and is conveniently positioned next to the dining area. Both the kitchen and the dining area have amazing views for inspiration while you prepare your meal or as a backdrop while you dine in style. The indoor dining opens to outdoor dining, for easy indoor/outdoor living. There is a BBQ on hand at this end of the upper decking, as well as a comfortable outdoor sofa.
As you walk around the deck from the outdoor dining toward the lounge, you will find extra seating for relaxing against stellar scenery!
There are 3 bedrooms located on the upper floor of this Tairua accommodation. The master bedroom is situated off the kitchen and lounge area, and includes a king bed plus an ensuite. The master bedroom also enjoys deck access via floor to ceiling glass doors.
Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and is located off the kitchen and dining area. Bedroom 2 is fitted with generous windows and looks out to the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Next to bedroom 2, bedroom 3 is also fitted with a queen bed and has deck access. The main bathroom and separate toilet complete the upper floor.

If left separated, one sofa bed is only big enough for a toddler or younger child.Guests are kindly requested that if they have been to the beach, please shower to remove all sand before using the spa.Please note that the outside furniture needs to be brought inside before you leave or when there are high winds.Guests are kindly requested that the doors of the property are to remain closed if it is raining as rain will damage the wooden floors.
