This beautiful Family Home offers Two levels of living, three bedrooms upstairs with King Size Beds, Pull out queen size bed in Family Room, separate toilet on the living level, large kitchen with scullery, open plan living with extensive harbour views of Mt Maunganui and surrounding waterways. To make you feel totally at home, photos and books are left out for you to enjoy.
The large Master suite includes a large bathroom with twin vanity and walk in shower, step out onto the balcony from the bedroom for gorgeous views of the harbour and the Mount.
This floor also includes a fabulous family bathroom with shower, spa bath and toilet.
Close to the local all tide jetty to launch your boat or fish from, great safe swimming for both adults and children . Walk to the local boat club for dinner, with a cafe and dairy just a short stroll over the park. Also close by is a local supermarket, Pizza outlets, Bottle Store and Hot pool just five minutes away.
The local park has a children's playground to enjoy and can be viewed from the house!
