This is a peaceful place to read, sip wine with friends, watch wildlife, take peaceful walks, or jog around the miles of paved golf course paths. Built with conservation in mind, the home is heated with geothermal heat.
On the first level, you'll come across two bedrooms with a queen bed apiece and two en suite full bathrooms. As you climb up the stairs, you'll reach the main level of this golf-course-front retreat. Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows are the stars of the show that is the open floor plan; the living room, the dining area, and the kitchenette are combined into one big space for everyone's comfort. Admire unparalleled valley and golf course views from the large windows while snuggling on one of the sofas; if it's too cold for your liking, you can turn on the gas fireplace. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV adds fun to the equation. The main fully equipped kitchen is located right behind the kitchenette, separated by a wall. The elegant dining table seats up to eight people and the breakfast bar adds three more spaces. If you'd like to enjoy your meals al fresco, the deck offers an outdoor dining area made up of three tables with chairs. On this level, you'll also find two more bedrooms with a queen bed and a king bed, two en suite bathrooms, and a half-bathroom.
