You will love the Up north feel in this upper townhouse(which feels like a full house) with wood vaulted ceilings and open concept which makes it great for gathering with family and friends! There are 3 bedrooms with 3 of the bedrooms having a Queen bed; and the third bedroom also has twin bunk beds (great for the kiddos :) All the bedrooms offer a dresser and a big closet which is great to put your belongings away (or bulky ski bags during ski season) There are two bathrooms-with everything being brand new. The main full bath offers a tub/shower unit, full size vanity and toilet.
The half bath is in a perfect location right off the kitchen. Relax out on the private deck while cooking on the Blackstone grill or enjoy soaking in the 4 person hot tub (private-not shared). In the winter months relax by the wood burning fireplace (2 bundles of wood provided) with a view of Ski Brule hill which is exceptional! The location is 5 miles from downtown Iron River which has a great grocery store, restaurants and dispensaries. Also 10 miles from Young’s golf course/restaurant. You can also access the UTV/snowmobile trails which are right up the road. Great spot for taking in the beauty of the Upper Peninsula or a weekend skiing at Ski Brule which is right around the corner!
