Newly renovated top floor apartment with large deck and amazing river views provides 4 bedrooms each with their own private bath. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands with Falling Water, Ohiopyle State Park, Fort Necessity, Lady Luck Casino, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, and the Wisp within a 30 minute drive or less. The GAP trail is less than a mile of easy flat riding, and the town of Confluence is bubbling with new businesses ready for our tourist season!

Confluence is bursting with options for food and beverage! This four bedroom apartment consists of two bedrooms each with a full and twin bed (not bunks), and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and direct access to the deck. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower. All linens are provided for bath, kitchen, and beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which is available to be added to your booking.
The kitchen has a keurig and drip coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, full size oven, and refrigerator. The dining area and breakfast bar provide seating for everyone, and there is a cozy living room area.
Televisions are provided in each of the bedrooms, and the living area.
Enjoy the views from the deck which is accessible from the dining area and the two queen bedrooms. There are plenty of chairs, tables, and a small bar area too.
A dumbwaiter can transfer your heavier items to and from the ground to the apartment, and there is gear/bike storage in the lower level which is 'at your own risk' and will accept your personal padlocks.
There is a shared coin operated laundry area and also an outside shower available.
Confluence is a very walkable and/or cyclable town with most of the areas being very flat. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and a Post Office, two banks, grocery stores, a bike shop, and a Dollar General all within walking distance.
