The property is centrally located for quick access to fishing spots and other activities around the lake. The cove is very active with wildlife and great for birdwatching or enjoying a nice sunset.

In all there are 4 adult pelican brand sit in kayaks, 2 lifetime brand child sit on top kayaks (go to 140 lbs so smaller adults can also use them), and 2 lifetime sit on top adult kayaks that are less attractive to look at but still fully functional.
