This newly renovated cottage is located in Seabrook's quiet Tarpon Pond neighborhood, and is conveniently located to the beach. Enjoy watching the golfers or Seabrook's plentiful wildlife from the bright and airy sun room or outside on the open deck. Relax with your family and friends in this nicely decorated cottage.
This cottage features an open dining/living area with cathedral ceilings and wood floors. There is a dining table that seats 6 - perfect for gathering around and sharing stories from your day. High ceilings and a fireplace create an airy atmosphere and the wall of windows in the sunroom let in plenty of light. The cottage is nicely decorated and furnished through out. The comfortable furnishings in the living room offer seating for everyone to gather around and watch shows on the large 70" screen HDTV. Off the living room is a large sunroom with a view to the Ocean Winds fairway through the live oak trees. The sunroom has a sofa and a dining table so you can enjoy breakfast and your morning coffee while watching the golfers go by. Just outside is the open deck equipped with a tall dining table, seating for four . The house has a brand new Weber Gas Grill and Charcoal Weber Kettle . The galley kitchen has granite countertops, white cabinets and appliances and is well stocked with all you'll need for cooking.
There are two bedrooms plus and a loft and three full bathrooms in this cottage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser for necessities, an HDTV and a en suite bath with a shower. The 2nd bedroom is brightly painted and has a brand new queen bed. The large hall bath with a shower/tub combo is just outside the door. Upstairs is a large loft with a full bed and a queen bed. The en suite bath has a shower and a small vanity with a mirror. The kids will love sharing this room! 542 Tarpon Pond is located 1 mile from Pelican Beach and North Beach. This is a wonderful cottage for your vacation with family and friends! You are welcome to bring along your (1) furry dog friend with required additional fee of $35/nt to apply.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. Passes to the Lake House facilities allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
