The split-level entry takes you to a spacious, elevated great room with an offset living room featuring a gas fire, TV, and enough leather seating—including a recliner—for nine. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the granite breakfast bar of the gourmet kitchen, an open, light-filled room that makes cooking a pleasure. The grill master can take the cooking outdoors to a deck with a dining table for six.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, all with TVs, give you plenty of space for guests. Two bedrooms have two queen beds each; they share a full bath. The king suite has a TV, full bath with a spa tub, and an ocean view. A wind-screened deck with a pair of chaise lounges gives everyone a chance to relax in the ocean breeze with the sun setting over the sea.
