Come and enjoy this seasonal beach cottage that is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful and private Old Colony Beach. Great for families (kid-friendly) or if you just want an adults-only trip. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably with three bedrooms (queen, queen, full/twin bunk bed in different rooms). There is a separate pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioners are conveniently located in every bedroom and the main living space (kitchen/living room) to keep you cool (during the Summer only). A porch lined with screened windows allows for a gets a great breeze and an especially peaceful environment at night. The backyard offers privacy with large trees to the rear of the year. A six-burner grill with supplied propane will allow you to have cook-outs all week long. Outdoor shower for quick rinses after enjoying the beach. The kitchen comes with a Keurig-pod compatible coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven to offer a variety of ways to make your cooking and cleanup simple.
