You can even ride the KC Streetcar for free to the River Market. More importantly, you can walk to dozens of great restaurants on the Westside like the Westsider Local, Chez Elle Creperie and Coffeehouse, and the Blue Bird Bistro (4 blocks away), the Crossroads Art District (and host to First Fridays Arts festivals) is home to some of KC's best restaurants such as Jack Stack BBQ, Lidia's Italian Bistro, Manny's Mexican, and Grunauer (German).
