Once passed Ventura Blvd. keep an eye out for the Valley Vista Blvd. on your right. 3rd street on your left will be Zelzah Ave. which will then merge onto Karen Dr. Making 2 more left turns on Boris Dr. and then on Grimes Pl. Continue up the hill till you get to Lake Encino Dr. Turn right and our place is the 8th house on your right-hand side.
Once at the property, locate the main entry door facing the street, use your unique 4-digit passcode on the Nest smart lock, and gain access inside the house. Welcome!
The host does not reside at the property but reserves the right to visit the guesthouse in the corner of the back yard commuting through the separate side entrance. Guests will be given full privacy within the premises of the advertised house. The host can make himself available upon need.
