Positive: About noon on the day of check in I received a code to the door lock so we could get into the unit.

Negative: I wasn't sure until check in day how the process would work. It would have been nice to get a note prior to arrival in San Francisco. As expected, our rental agreement outlined detailed noise rules, etc., and we gladly complied. Unfortunately the unit above ours, B3, was extremely noisy each day from noon to 7:00 a.m. preventing sleep. Wasn't sure if this was a resident or PMI visitor and didn't know how to handle the situation.

Summary: Loved the unit, clean, well stocked with essentials, great furnishings and beautiful view.
