Next you'll find a bar area and a large dining room that is perfect for entertaining. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy.
In the private yard, soak up the sun in a variety of lounge settings, float in the large salt-water pool (37ftx16ft), or relax in the oversized spa. The yard also features a misting system to take the edge off the desert days, a fire pit to warm up the cool nights, a 6 burner BBQ, and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. A large private outdoor shower, designer umbrellas, and mountain views all add to the magic of this special property.
Awake to panoramic mountain views from the primary suite with floor to ceiling sliders. This comfortable space provides a 4 poster King size bed, a 65" smart TV, a library nook, and a small seating area. The en-suite bath features a Zen soaking tub, large walk-in shower, and double sinks.
A separate guest wing includes two bedrooms with king sized beds, patio, 50" smart TV and a Jack & Jill bathroom. The suite also includes a second half bath.

The living room has a Bose surround sound system and 65” Samsung Frame TV. The home is also equipped with high-speed wifi, remote control blinds, and even a Tesla charger in the two car garage.

RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day. This fee is not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**Palm Springs has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee which applies to covered damage up to $2000. Rules and limits apply. See the rental contract for more information.
**On rentals of 28-nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house allows only one dog up to 25 pounds with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee. No larger dogs or other animals allowed.
