Built in 1952, this family owned property has been recently remodeled and updated with modern appliances. The homestead comes fully furnished and offers visitors an authentic taste of the Last Frontier- Alaskan handcrafted artwork, local wildlife & fish mounts, and vintage photographs from a simpler time.
Guests are encouraged to wander the 3.5 acre lot, fire-up the outdoor grill, and search the Eagle River valley for Dall sheep, moose, bears (brown and black), and eagles. Adventurers and photographers alike will enjoy the close proximity to Chugach State Park, the Eagle River Nature Center, and glacially fed Eagle River.
