This lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy the expansive view from the covered back decks. Added a 4 seater side by side to come and go to the water at no extra charge. The upper deck offers seating for 19 and the lower deck holds the hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole and more outdoor seating. 3 bedrooms join full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a hall bath. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy or gather on the main level in the large great room where there is an 85" TV, a 10' dining table, plus additional bar seating. Outside you will find plenty of level parking in the semi-circle drive and no steps to enter the mail level. There is a firepit with wood/kindling/roasting sticks and the dock is massive at 1,800 sq. ft. with 2 covered slips and a huge partly covered swim platform. There you will find the 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and chairs/tables. There may also be a pedal boat (until it breaks it won't be replaced). Bring the family and enjoy our home.
