Other creature comforts include: AC, blackout blinds, a coffee station, a tv, a speaker, a frog chorus from the pond, and two separate dedicated outdoor area (one for dining and one for lounging under the canopy). The outdoor kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a two-burner induction stove top (plus dishes, pots, etc.). It's not an elaborate cooking set up, but you won't starve! There are 7 restaurants in walking distance, and so many more within a ten-mile radius. Farm-to-table food, wine, and nature define the local culture, but also safety. We are situated on a private cul-de-sac, with seven neighboring houses (all good people), and your parking place is dedicated and off-street. Although this unit shares a common wall with the main house, it is private and quiet.
