On the ground floor, you will enjoy a small sheltered terrace, and will find 2 two bedrooms (140; 180), separated by a bathroom with WC. The rooms on the ground floor are independent from the living room and the master suite located upstairs. An external staircase will lead you to the first floor composed of a small terrace with gas barbecue, which overlooks the living room with open kitchen. By an internal staircase you will reach the last floor in mezzanine where is located a parental suite (140), with its bathroom and WC. The house is very well equipped, and the upper floor is air conditioned. A fireside chair is at your disposal so that a child can sleep with an adult in the room of your choice, as well as a travel cot for children under 2 years old.
