HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS - PLEASE NOTE: ~ We have a five night min stay between Dec 21-27 ~ We have a seven night min stay between Dec 26 to Jan 4 ~ We do not accept arrivals on Christmas Day as our office is closed. Sorry, but any on line reservations that do not meet these requirements will not be accommodated Classic Tahoe Swiss Village chalet in very private cul-de-sac setting - walk to private beach. If you enjoy peace, quiet and gazing out on nothing but trees and not houses everywhere, then this is the home for you. Located in Tahoe Swiss Village on the west shore near Homewood. The main living level offers a nice size open plan living room, with brand new bamboo hardwood floors, a gas stove and a big wrap around deck just outside. There is a full bath and bedroom on this level. Upstairs there are two large bedroom and a second full bath. Each oversized bedroom has soaring beamed ceilings and huge windows to take in the lovely forest views. It feels like your are sleeping in a very comfortable tree fort! This beautifully maintained home backs to National Forest and has a wrap around deck with great forest views. Walk to private beach and pier. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, beautifully maintained. This home has steep winter access to the home and an uphill driveway so a 4 x 4 is a must. We are currently accepting rentals for a 5 night min stay between Dec 15-27 and a 7 night min stay from, Dec 27 to Jan 2. We do not accept arrivals on Christmas Day.
