This house sits high up the hill with stellar views of the Catskill and Berkshire mountains. We have just completed a renovation, three bedrooms and an additional WOW room!
The house sleeps 4 to 8 comfortably. All bedrooms have mountain views, with brand new hot tub, seats 6 to 7. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, ground level with a master suite, king size bed, en-suite bathroom, with jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has an adjacent bathroom with shower. Upstairs the third bedroom has a king size bed and a full size sleeping lounger, down the hall is the WOW room, with a twin lounger, convertible to a king size bed. Cook's kitchen with 2 stainless sinks, 6 burner Viking range with 2 ovens, large fridge and wine cooler!!! Full dining room with seating for 8. The property sits on 3 acres, with manicured back yard, large grill and out door patio. The huge hot tub sits out off the front deck with full views of the catskill mountains!!! Off the kitchen we have an additional workspace/game room with a closet full of puzzles and games. A dog on leash is welcome.
Just two hours from NYC, close to winter skiing at Windham, Bellyaire, Catamount, all less than 40 minutes away. Great après ski house.
