Summary: Property listing showed beautiful photos however in person it wasn’t quite what we were expecting. House is nice but could use some updating and care. Outside temperatures were quite warm and the air conditioning could not keep up so it warm hot day and night. However my biggest complaint was the cleanliness (or lack there of). Upon check in two of the 3 showers had large hair balls laying on the drains that I personally removed and cleaned. The pool house was the least cleaned, with the bathroom being the worst. Mirrors and faucets had toothpaste splatter on them. It was very obvious that whoever was responsible for cleaning the property did not care. In addition I paid $50 for an early check in of 1:00. We got to the property at about 2:30-3:00 and the kids immediately jumped in the pool. However at 3:30 they had to get out because the pool maintenance guy came and added chemicals to the pool. Not complaining that he was there to do his job, just saying that it should have been done before check in. Location of the home was good. Nice quiet neighborhood near the airport. That being said there is a good bit of plane noise all hours of the day / night. Overall the stay could have been worse but it most definitely could have been better. The lack of cleanliness was a big disappointment.
