Summary: My experience at the Touchstone Hotel was nice and comfortable. The room had a welcoming, fresh smell. The beds could be a bit softer, but overall comfort was good. The experience really depends on the room you book. The staff was pretty chill and very responsive when service was needed. The entire building felt secure, with door codes and key card access, which made me feel safe in the city that never sleeps—literally. If you’re looking to stay near Union Square at a great rate, this is a solid option.
