This 260sf Tiny House is perfect for the equestrian participant at Brasada Ranch Resort (which is 4.5 mi. away), or someone who just wants a beautiful Cascade Mountain view in a country setting in a secluded quiet neighborhood. Lots of wildlife right out your window. Plenty of room for parking and to turn your trailer around and a turn-out pen for your horses if needed. The bathroom has a flushable toilet and a quick shower. The kitchen has a hot plate and microwave for cooking and has a small fridge. Clean bedding and fresh towels. Coffee for your morning wake-up. This is a NO smoking tiny house. Please make sure you keep your dog on a leash, there is no fence and I have a cat I dearly love and goats and chickens I'm kinda fond of. Thanks!
