Guests can use outdoor pool (separate user agreement/extra fee).
Private and fenced back patio. Neighbors have horses and cows nearby. Fun animal watching!
Full kitchen is stocked with all the cooking basics and some extras.
Laundry room: washer, dryer, and an iron/board.
Master bedroom has king bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a double and a full bed, respectively.
Walk in closet in master, all closets have hangers.
Extra pillows, linens, blankets and quilts are available. Air mattresses available upon request.
2 full bathrooms with towels, wash clothes and hand towels. Hairdryer in master bathroom.
The house sleeps 6 comfortably. $20 charge per extra guests over 6.
Private entrance to guest house which is located behind the owner’s home.

We are located 30 mins from Nashville, 10 from Franklin TN.
You can’t beat our sunsets! Fresh eggs for guests!
Our chickens are Floppy and Strawberry. More chicks on the way.
We also have one dog and two cats- Hannah, Violet and Pope. The bobtail ginger cat (Pope) is most inquisitive, but he is not allowed inside... no pets in guest house please.
Please be careful around pool- we want everyone to be safe even in the off season. Swim at own risk. No glass in pool area please! Other pool rules posted on property.
