Location, location, location! Welcome to our home on Swan Lake. This 5 acre property is located at the end of a private paved driveway and situated on over 300’ of waterfront. Enjoy soaking up the sun or a meal on the large wrap around deck. Catch a fish or jump off the dock, or just wade in from the beach if that’s what you prefer. Paddle around the lake on the paddle board or kayaks. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit, take in the sunset, or just relax, you’re on lake time!
You will stay in a two story home. Most of the living space is on the main level, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and open concept kitchen/living room. The second level is the Master bedroom, master bath and home office. The lower level has a walk out basement with easy access to the lake. It has open living room area as well as another bathroom and an extra bed set up. We have all of the comforts of home, super fast WIFI, gas grill, washer/dryer, big screen TV’s, we do not have cable but you can stream your favorites using your favorite apps (Netflix, Prime etc). There is an out door lobster cooker, for your beachfront lobster dinner.
If additional space is needed there is another rental on this same property that will not be rented during your stay and would be available to rent also.
Swan Lake is about 8 miles from the coastal town of Belfast. Stroll along the harbor walk or grab a bite to eat at one of the local eateries. There are many hiking trails nearby and the mid coast area has several state parks. Easy access to Bar Harbor, Acadia and Bangor International Airport.
You will have access to the entire home, yard, beach and lake frontage. This includes two fire pits and all non motorized water equipment. (Pontoon boat /jet ski not included). Exceptions: The closet in the Master bedroom, 2 rooms in the basement and the garage are locked for Owner's belongings.
