Positive: House was clean and well-appointed in the kitchen! Fantastic views and comfy yet roomy home. When we called for additional TP & Paper towels, they were delivered within the hour. Had one huge room fan but could have used another as afternoons the house heats up. Loved the new storm door - but wish it had screens so we could keep the door closed and still let the air in. One other thought - dry sheets or softener as we did laundry.

Negative: Nothing was an issue. As mentioned, everything was thought of as far as we were concerned. And what wasn't, I mentioned above only as recommendations, not something we didn't like.

Summary: 2nd time staying at the Pilot House and will book it again!
