It features a fabulous oversized sparkling saltwater pool w/ tanning shelf and waterfall spa surrounded by chaise lounges, daybed, and a covered living patio - w/ outdoor shower and access to a half bathroom. You’ll also find a built in BBQ grill w/ a bar, a fire pit lounge, and table for alfresco dining against the dramatic backdrop of San Jacinto mountains. Move to the large grass yard and take up one of the many provided yard games (i.e. croquet, bean bag toss), or move to the east side of the property where a 50 ft long Bocce / Pétanque court awaits. Citrus trees, 23 towering palm trees and spectacular mountain views add to the magic of this unique estate property. This is outdoor livable luxury at its best!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All bedrooms have been exquisitely decorated and furnished w/ hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and a flat screen TV. The first bedroom suite features a King bed, a sumptuous ensuite bathroom w/ a double sink, a soaking tub and a separate shower, plus a walk-in closet. It also has direct access to the wide pool yard. Guest bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 also offer King beds and ensuite bathrooms. Guest Room bedroom 4 features a King bed (can convert to 2 Twins upon request) and easy access to the guest bathroom right outside the door.
