Relax with the whole family at this historic 1820's log cabin nestled in the Heart of Wine Country in Ste Genevieve County! Stay and enjoy Charleville Tasting Room and Brewery and have food and drinks ready for your arrival or enjoy anytime when we are open Wednesday through Sunday with our 24 tap wall or full service bar and restaurant! This log cabin is just steps away from a good time.
This 1820's Log Cabin was moved to our property over 20 years ago and was reconstructed as a bed and breakfast. In the past year we have fully renovated this cabin and connected the space to be one large living area. The cabin has a huge porch that wraps around three sides of the building. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all stainless steel appliances and a nice island for additional seating. There is a wood fired stove in the living room with couches and a dining room table that divides it from the kitchen. It has one half bathroom on the main floor. We installed a black spiral staircase that takes you to the two bedrooms upstairs. There is also a cozy living room that separates the two bedrooms right next to the charming full bathroom with soaking tub and shower combo that is shared between the guest. The bedrooms both have a large queen size bed held up by the unique log style bed frames that take you back in time. The Living room upstairs has an amazing view of the vineyard and rest of the property. We do have a washer and dryer on the main floor as well. This is great escape for any couple or couples needing a fun night in wine country! We are in remote area tucked away in the wilderness so sometimes we get visited by our friends the "bugs" which are mainly lady bugs that might come in our 1820s log cabin if the weather fluctuates which it tends to do in Missouri. It truly is beautiful but since it is a historic property the little bugs can get in. If there is ever an issue give us a call and we will get it taken care of. This property is the perfect getaway to unplug and a place to enjoy ALL the nature that comes with it!
