Welcome to The Boathouse! This adorable studio has been recently built and outfitted. It's located right on the shore of Lake Lanier which is a peaceful and private lake. You're close to many tourist attractions and restaurants, and then return to your own water lover's dream!
Head up to the second level to access your private quarters. You'll be greeted with a a beautiful view of the lake! Once you tear yourself away from the water and look around, there is a king bed with a brand new mattress, a beautiful leather sofa and a kitchenette area. For your convenience, there is a sink, a small refrigerator and a toaster oven provided. Open the doors and step out onto the deck and take in the fresh lake air or you can take an evening stroll around the lake or better yet, hop onto a kayak and drift on the peaceful waters as the sun sets before you.
