Extra Bed: There is an air mattress that can be setup in the living room. Please request prior to your arrival.
Events: Please don't use the cottage to host parties or large gatherings. You will be escorted off the property and your reservation will be canceled.
Laundry: Please use the laundry room as needed. Detergent, dryer sheets, iron, iron mat, and spray starch provided.
Trash:
Please tie and knot your trash bags to reduce flies. Please dump your trash bags in one of the trash containers located across the driveway, Brown (Normal) Blue (Recycle).
Damage:
Accidents happen. If there is any damage to the property please let me know and we can go through the claims process.
The unit is professionally cleaned after each reservation and we inspect each cleaning job.
