For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. Pool heating:
Spa heating is $49 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $199 per day each day you booked; 4-day minimum. You will be billed from the time the gas heater goes on.
