Great place to get away from it all! Reboot your soul from the stresses of life. This comfy cottage is peacefully quiet and private. It has a propane wall heater to keep you warm during the cool evenings. A propane fire pit comfortably on the deck. Wood fire pit. Wood bundles available for purchase. $7 a bundle. You need to cook outside. Coleman stove provided. Propane provided.
The space
Beautiful OFF GRID ( no electricity, or indoor plumbing ) Nested on 20 acres of raw woods. Deer, birds, squirrels, turkeys and the distant howling of coyotes remind you that you’re not in the city anymore. Take a deep breath, hold it a few seconds. Release your cares away in this cottage!
The cottage has a loft above that has a comfy twin XL sized memory foam gel mattress. Two small adults can fit, but it’s cozy:). Comfy leather sofa has a queen sofa bed. Space has great natural lighting. Great place to come paint out on the deck or read or knit etc…
We provide a Jackery power station for keeping your electronics charged for the night. Let us know if you need it charged.
There is a clean well maintained port-a John about 150 ft from the Cottage. There’s also a camp toilet in the enclosed shower area if you have a hard time making it to the Porta John.
The cleaning fee reflects other than cleaning, propane, charging power station , laundry done off site, and paying for porta John service.
Guest access
You have access to the whole cottage. The glamp site is very spacious with a hammock, propane fire pit and picnic table. Plenty of room for a tent for extra friends and family. (Please message me through VRBOso I can help with adding more than four guests.)No close neighbors like a campground has. Very private.
PLEASE USE VRBO DIRECTIONS! Not Map apps. They can bring you to a distant neighbor and on a very rugged road that some vehicles can’t do.
Other things to note
The fire ban has been lifted. Enjoy a real campfire. We have bundles of firework wood for $7 each or you can bring your own.
This is a small cottage, and has no kitchen. We provide Coleman stove, camp pans, utensils, paper plates, French press, a small Cuisinart barbecue.. . It’s OFF GRID, so no electricity or plumbing. We provide a clean well maintained porta John. We also provide a battery station for charging your electronics. WiFi is across from our RV at the picnic table by wood bundles. Password is GlampingLLC. Sometimes people can get Wi-Fi at the cottage, depending on their device and our signal.
