Welcome to Sperring Gap Vineyards, a 2 bedroom plus office with pull-out / 3 bathroom completely renovated luxury farmhouse with pool and spa that comfortably sleeps 6. There is a fully renovated additional suite available for 30 day + renters. The property is located on the west side of Sonoma, close to the Historic Sonoma Square with easy access to San Francisco. Our newly renovated 5 acre wine country property is surrounded on three sides by acres of pinot noir vines and creates a true luxury wine country experience. The property features a pool, hot tub in pool, a lighted basketball court that can also be used for pickleball, bocce ball, high end Lynx grill, and a large gas firepit. The main house features a wraparound porch and vaulted ceiling. The large common area features a custom kitchen with a 16 foot island, two ovens, two dishwashers, and everything a home cook could ever need, Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables seat up to twelve. The two sitting areas feature custom sofas, TVs and one has a gas fireplace. The main bedroom has french doors to the porch, a large ensuite bath with shower and tub, a TV, a king sized Saatva bed with crisp and comfortable high end linens. The guest room has an ensuite bath with shower, a TV, and a king sized Saatva bed. There is also an office with a desk and convertible sofa, adjacent to the third full bath in the hallway.
The additional renovated suite has Saatva king bed, a sitting area, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette.
