Open Plan single story/no stairs patio home (not a condo) w/ vaulted ceilings, 4 Solar tubes to bathe it in light. The Kitchen (fully loaded) with newer S.S. appliances. It lives more like a single family home than any condo. Two living areas have large Roku TV's (Great Room & Den). Two Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 full baths, a 3rd Bedroom set up as a Den/Office. Three new TV's LR, Den, Main Bedroom. The Den (3rd bedroom) has a desk w/ WIFI, TV, sleeper sofa & lounge chair. It is a 2nd living room. This IS NOT a 4 Bedroom vrbo counts the living room as a bedroom since I have a sleeper. Enjoy the large covered patio where you can enjoy drinks, use our grill, dine or just relax or read on the comfortable love seat & lounge chairs.
