If you need a spacious place to accommodate family, friends and pets central to everything Dallas-Fort Worth has to offer then this is the house! This home is located in quiet neighborhood across the street from a park with pickleball, basketball, tennis and a playground.
The Space
The open concept kitchen, dining and living room creates a large area for guests to enjoy spending time together. The living room includes two sofas and a recliner with a 65” Smart TV for movies, sports or binging the latest TV series.
The dining table easily accommodates 7 people for family dinner or game night.
The sunroom looks out into backyard and is the perfect spot for reading, napping, watching sports or a private space for kids behind closed doors.
We love pets and the enclosed backyard with huge shady trees along with the sunroom give furry friends their own retreat. We kindly ask that you clean up after pets. (Pet fee applies)
The three bedrooms have new carpet as of April 2024.
The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, Smart TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with storage bench and closet. The third bedroom has twin sized bunk beds roomy enough for adults or great for kids to double up or fight over the top bunk. The three sofas can be slept on, but do not fold out into beds.
Amenities include 3 Smart TVs with streaming services, washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, workspace/desk, outdoor gas BBQ grill and patio seating.
Guests have access to the full home. The driveway and garage are in the back and you may park in the garage.

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood across the street from Martha Pointer Park in Carrollton. The park (with lighting at night) features pickleball courts, basketball, tennis, playground and picnic area.
