The apartment has 2 bedroom and we used to rent as a one bedroom. Now is being rented as a 2 bedroom for more space and there are in fact 2 beds. It has everything you need and it feels like a home more than a vacation rental. We offer a weekly discount of 5% - for longer stays as well as a monthly discount. The place is spacious and you have a beautiful view of the city from the terrace as well as large windows and beautiful light.
This apartment is in a unique location in San Francisco, near top of a hill and surrounded by nature walks and with Sunrise views from the Patio as well as Sunset places near by.
It is full of light and peaceful. We have laundry on the premises and there are only 3 other apartments in the complex so it is safe and homey.
We have a kitchen that is equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
This place feels comfortable and we use it as a home between the bookings.

The area has many restaurants and is central and lots of options about things to do. The restaurants in Cole Valley such as Zazie are amazing. The monument at the top of our stairs also has views of the sunset or of the starry sky at night.
