Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2100sq ft home, located in the highly desired Lake Forest neighborhood, North Ocean Springs. This lovely home boasts an enormous master bedroom and en suite with a soaking garden tub and separate stand-up shower, huge walk-in closets, formal dining, breakfast room- off the kitchen, and two guest room. This home was newly constructed in 2012. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and memory foam mattress, the guest rooms are furnished with queen beds with memory foam mattresses. The living area is furnished with a large sectional Hurwitz Mintz. The home could sleep a total of 6 people. We also offer a top-of-the-line, self-inflating air mattress for additional guests.
The formal dining table seats 4 and the breakfast table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, a Keirug coffee machine, and an ice maker. All appliances are included as well. The home is equipped with all linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. The home also has a washer/dryer and a two-car garage! Pack N Play Crib and Highchair are also available upon request.
