As you take the path to the downstairs entrance, you will be greeted with a covered patio and lots of seating to enjoy the panoramic views. From here you can enter the main house through the double doors or the large sliding glass door. This space contains two separate seating/ TV areas, a full kitchen, a wine closet with a mini fridge, a breakfast nook that seats 4, a dining room table that seats 7, a wood burning fireplace, a full bathroom and a washer/dryer closet.
Once you go up the stairs (or you can go through the front door) you will find a large master bedroom with a king bed, breathtaking views of the lake, and direct access to the screened in porch. This room also has a private master bath with a jetted tub, and two separate granite countertops with sinks. The bedroom across from the master has a queen bed, a lake view, and direct access to the screened porch. The screened porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or to curl up with a good book. The third bedroom on this floor has a full bed and a full bathroom across the hall. You will also find an entryway area with books, puzzles, and games as well as a bench, hooks, and baskets to store your belongings. Each bedroom also has closet and drawer space.
The separate apartment can be accessed through the stairs attached to the main house or through the garage stairway. The apartment has a large communal space with 2 couches, a mini fridge/ coffee bar, a breakfast table and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, a closet, and a private toilet and shower. This space is great for multiple families or teenage/adult kids that need their own space. There is a full kitchen located in the garage area below the apartment and a separate space that contains workout equipment, kayaks, extra seating/tables, outdoor games and bikes.
