This listing is for the entire property which is hidden on a flag lot between a tree farm, woods, and a farm/nursery. Simply put, there are only 2 neighboring houses, and they can only be seen from the front yard- the back yard is completely private. All this just minutes from everything the Hamptons has to offer.
The space
Ideal setup for a family reunion or a summer near the Hamptons. Plenty of room for the whole family- and spread out so everyone has their own space. Plus a full rv hook up and space for your RV, jet skis, boat & trailer etc.
The main house has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, including a huge 15’x18’ master suite complete with jetted tub, shower with 2 heads & body sprayers plus a walk in closet. The second bedroom is 15’x13’ and is just two steps from the hallway bathroom(#2).
An open living/dining/ kitchen area with a sliding door leads out to the 3 seasons room and large deck with a pool completing the main level.
Downstairs you’ll find an additional open kitchen and living area with full size pinball machine, arcade game, 75” television, air hockey and more. You will also find bedroom 3 and bathroom 3 on this level. Bathroom 3 has a spacious 4’x6’ shower with a rain head and 2 zones of body sprays.
That sums you up the main house, but with this listing you’ll also get the guest house and the privacy of the entire property. The guest house is my favorite part of the property. Completed in 2025, this beautiful cottage offers another bedroom, bathroom, and open living space complete with yet another full kitchen, sleeper sofa and 75” television.
The main house and the cottage both have their own washer and dryer, all bedrooms have televisions, linens and shades/blinds. All bathrooms have soaps, shampoos and cleaning items.
This is a very unique, private, well appointed retreat. You’re going to want to stay the whole summer!
