This charming 2 bedroom home in Seattle's Madison Valley neighborhood.
ENTRY LEVEL
After parking in your dedicated off-street parking space behind the house, enter the home on the ground level, which features a full bathroom, laundry, and a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This bedroom also offers access to an outdoor patio, which is outfitted with BBQ and a table for outdoor dining.
MAIN LEVEL
Ascend the beautiful wood stairs to the entertaining level. Here you will find hardwood floors and a bright, airy open space. It will quickly become clear that the home, built in 2010, was meticulously cared for by its owners.
KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is an expandable dining table that can accommodate your whole crew for a delicious meal.
The open concept entertaining area continues to the living room, featuring tons of light from huge windows, a high ceiling, flat screen tv with a nicely loaded cable package, DVD player, and a queen size sleeper sofa (with highest end sofa bed mattress on the market) for larger groups.

BEDROOM/WASHROOM
Up another flight of stairs is the master suite. The master suite is loft-style, open on one end to the living area below. It features a king size bed and ample closets. The master bathroom is an oasis in the city, with lots of room and high-end furnishings.
Guest access
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed work your code for the duration of your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including a dedicated off-street parking space. There is plentiful free street parking for additional vehicles. Enjoy!

The neighborhood
Your hosts made Madison Valley their home when first settling in Seattle ... and haven't looked back since.
We love walking the streets of this neighborhood, and we will gladly suggest fun walks depending on your interests. Stroll to the beach at Madison Park. Walk by multi-million dollar estates. Discover hidden neighborhood gems such as the farmhouse with horses in the yard and the home that doubles as an eclectic art studio and antique truck gallery. Take a walk through the fabled Arboretum to Lake Washington.
Once you have worked up your appetite, enjoy the countless restaurants that Madison Valley ("Little Paris") has to offer. In addition to French gems, try our favorite tapas restaurant or the best Japanese food east of Tokyo. Take your morning coffee in one of numerous bakeries. Or opt for Thai, pan-Asian, craft pizza, Tex-Mex or more.
Our home provides easy access to Downtown (Pikes Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum), South Lake Union (MOHAI), University of Washington, and Capitol Hill. All are accessible by car, bus (numerous bus lines a few blocks from home), or for the adventurous, by foot.
If all of this touring (and eating) has you tired, pamper yourself with a visit to a day spa or nail salon. There are several of each within a few blocks of home, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
Getting around
We live a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods (Madison Park, Capitol Hill, Downtown, Belltown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union). Queen Anne, Ballard, and Fremont are more easily accessed by car. Our home offers off-street parking for one car. Street parking for additional cars is plentiful and free.
