The ideal group is responsible and mature. They will respect our house, our house rules, and most importantly our neighbors. You MUST BE 21 OR OLDER to book with us.

- The main living space boasts a 70" FireTV Smart TV complete with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and other channels offered by FireTV, as well as a comfy queen sleeper for your group.
- Extra blankets are also included for our guests.

- All rooms have extra pillows
- There are extra blankets/quilts/towels as well if you need them.
If any members of the group are handicapped or have disabilities please know this is a one story home.
- 2.5 bathrooms in this house - one in the main hallway, one in the master, and one off the kitchen in the laundry room.

THE KITCHEN:
- The old world charm hits its peak in the kitchen, which comes fully stocked with all the cooking pots and pans and serving utensils as well as complimentary coffee and k-cups, sugar, creamer, and hot cocoa. We have spices at your disposal as well.
THE DINING ROOM:
- The dining room is just off the kitchen. Feel free to enjoy a good meal with those you love!
THE DECK:
- The deck is a beautiful space just off the dining room. With a full dining table and chairs it may serve as a perfect experiential space in the warmer months.
PETS:
There are NO PETS allowed. (There will be an additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets. Please know, we do not have a dislike for animals. However, many of our guests visit Nashville for medical services or reasons. We must ensure our properties remain clean and free from allergens to better serve those guests.)
SMOKING:
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine.
Smoking is allowed anywhere OUTSIDE in the backyard, just please dispose of your cigarette butts.
