Additional Note: This is an established Riverfront Community with very friendly and
accommodating neighbors. Walking or driving your golf cart along the river between
properties is allowed and very common. If you are sitting outside, don’t be surprised
when your neighbors stop by to introduce themselves and invite you over for a cook out or beverage. (Please be respectful of excessive noise after 10 PM)
