Summary: Location was convenient. Rooms are quite run down and in need of updates and repair. Upon entering the room, the temperature was unbearably hot. There was no temperature set to regulate basic comfort in the Texas heat. On opening the door, dead insects and spiders were right inside the door. There was a live large spider in the sink. The door to the unit had a significant gap at the bottom and did not seal properly. We could see daylight and there was definite room to allow for critters to enter the room and also posed a potential security concern. We chose to vacate immediately for these combined reasons. I didn’t feel comfortable that more bugs wouldn’t be found or joining us in bed during the night.

Summary: This is good motor inn. I can tell they're renovating gradually. Something things are rough around the edges but not deal breaker.
They are trying to be something they can't live up to. They are plenty of places to eat in the area.

Summary: The TV didn't work at first..and then when I went to go lay down noticed almost blood like stains on the bed sheets on the bottom like they haven't changed or washed the bedding.

Summary: The king room is big, clean, modernization in process but rough around the edges. It has a broken mirror, ceiling was peeling in one spot. There were no privacy curtains so we couldn't open then main without everyone see in our room.
None of was enough to keep us from booking again for July.

Summary: Tile in bathroom had broken pieces grout missing peeling inside of tub had to wiggle the sink faucet to get water one side only bathroom floor was dirty no fire or smoke detector
