The perfect place for a relaxing family getaway in the Poconos! Our home is located in Lake Harmony within the Boulder Lake Community and comes with 12 beach/amenity passes during the summer months. The home has comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, garage gaming area, and a private deck with a hot tub, propane firepit, ample seating, and a gas grill. The home features a HUGE deck, fully furnished with plenty of seating for relaxation or dining, lighting, a propane grill & firepit (gas included), and a hot tub making it the perfect place to unwind at night. The home has high speed internet, games, children's toys, Smart TV's in most rooms, Central air/heat, games, a propane fireplace and more. Linens, towels, starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, plus basic toiletries are all provided for you! For the winter months you can't get any closer to Big Boulder Mountain! The slopes are only a short 6 minute (0.3miles) walk away. Additional Big Boulder Lake Club amenities include tennis courts, volleyball, playground, subsidized boat rentals, and more! The home comes with a driveway for up to 2 cars, and 2 parking passes for an overflow parking lot. Linens, toiletries, paper products, and cleaning items are all supplied!
