Its proximity to downtown and other local amenities makes it the ideal location from from which you can enjoy metro Kansas City/Overland Park/Mission and the surrounding areas (without the hustle and bustle of the city) whether you're in town for business or pleasure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $1000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
