Recently renovated, Casa Carlota is nestled down a hidden path. Welcome to Casa Carlota at Captain Louie’s Properties, we are a third generation Portuguese family business and have been providing year round rentals for the last 50 years. Casa Carlota happens to part of a larger community of five year round apartments and cottages. In order to maintain a sense of serenity for all who live and visit here, we do have set of quiet hours for outdoor spaces.
